- Paid time off
Regular, full-time employees are eligible for 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year, plus one additional day for each year of service up to 20 days per year. PTO is used for vacation and sick leave.
Paid holidays: Shabakat recognizes all the major holidays. We also maintain two floating holiday, to be determined by the Company annually.
Shabakat will always pay for overtimes, employees who are required to work overtime will be paid according to their salaries. We believe that employees are partners in the company and not worker that we can abuse.
